What is it that attracts foreign tourists to Luxembourg?Without a doubt, it is the diversity of the landscape and the cosmopolitan character of the population. But there is more to discover, for example the architecture which, as a means of expressing identity and history, has fascinated visitors for a long time.
Studies have revealed that among the points made when one chooses one cultural destination over another, three elements prevail: cultural heritage, contemporary art, and design. The ‘Europa’ stamps, created for 2012 by the artist Linda Bos, trace precisely these three pillars of cultural tourism.

Church – Church of St Simeon and the female prophet Hannah
The Church of St Simeon and the female prophet Anne is the second Orthodox church built in a Tallinn suburb after the Great Nordic War. It is located close to the harbour and was dedicated to St Simeon the Righteous and the prophet Anne (Hannah).
The church was built on the initiative of the navy and with its donations in 1752-1755 and served long as the church of the Navy. Legend has it that the church was built on the wreck of a sunken ship and a landfill. Considerable rebuilding of the church took place in 1827 and in 1870 and it was probably then that it received its present size, façade and its cross-shaped ground plan.

It arrived “in the space” on June 13th of last year, the television directed by Carmen Lasorella, and that will be now celebrated from the philatelic world. Jersey’s Butterflies & Moths III
Butterflies and moths are well studied in Jersey, the first records having been made over 150 years ago. Global climate change is thought to be the cause of a remarkable number of French and southernEuropean species spreading north and being recorded in the Channel Islands and the UK. Some are vagrants in ones and twos but others have become established here during the past decade or so creating an exciting new opportunity for lepidopterists in Jersey studying these beautiful insects.
